Who are the retreats intended for?
Our retreats are aimed at women seeking a profound and quality time out. Entrepreneurs, leaders, self-employed individuals, and women undergoing change are just as welcome as anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves.

What can I expect from a retreat?
A holistic program of personal development, modern spirituality, mindfulness, coaching, and beauty rituals—complemented by time for retreat, nature, and connection.

Where do the retreats take place?
Our retreats are currently taking place in Italy, Turkey and at selected, powerful locations.

Content & Process

Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. Our retreats are designed so that every woman can participate, regardless of experience or background.

How many participants are there?
Our groups deliberately consist of a small number of women (approximately 6 to 12) to ensure a personal and trusting atmosphere.

What is the daily routine?
The exact itinerary varies depending on the retreat. Coaching, movement, rituals, reflection time, and free periods typically alternate harmoniously.

Accommodation & meals

What is included in the price?
Included are accommodation, meals (usually vegetarian or vegan), all program activities, materials, and—depending on the retreat—additional services such as wellness or excursions. Details can be found in the respective description.

Are dietary requirements taken into account?
Yes. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific intolerances or requests.

Are there single rooms?
Depending on the location, single or double rooms are available. Availability will be communicated upon booking.

Booking & Cancellation

How can I book?
You can book directly through our website or contact us via email. After registering, you will receive a booking confirmation and all further information.

How much is the down payment?
The deposit is 30% of the total amount and is due within 7 days of booking.

What are the cancellation conditions?
– Up to 30 days before the start of the retreat: 50% refund
– From 29 days before the start: no refund possible
The full refund policy can be found under the relevant menu item.

Can a substitute person participate?
Yes, after prior consultation, a rebooking to a replacement person is possible.

Arrival & Insurance

Is travel included in the price?
No. Arrival is individual and not included in the retreat price.

Is there a transfer on site?
Depending on the venue, an airport transfer can be arranged. Details will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Is insurance necessary?
We strongly recommend travel cancellation, accident, and international health insurance. We will not provide refunds for short-term cancellations.

Personal & organizational matters

Are photos taken?
During the retreat, photographs may be taken, which we may use for marketing purposes. Of course, only with your consent.

What should I bring with me?
After booking, you will receive a detailed packing list with all important information.

I have health restrictions – can I participate?
Please let us know in advance of any restrictions you may have. We'll work together to determine whether the retreat is suitable for you.
